You first question should be, "How do I know Sun Tzu's Art of War strategy works?"

The most dramatic proof is a matter of history. In China, Sun Tzu's strategy created the most enduring empire in human history. When his war first came West, its was first translated into French and gave Napoleon the edge he needed to conquer Europe. Gradually, this knowledge of strategy spread through the military world and then to the business world., not because it is new and stylish, but simply because it works. At this very moment, hundreds of thousands of people all over the world are studying Sun Tzu's strategy from The Art of War.  If it didn't work, how could if have survived for 2,500 years and spread throughout the world.
